Terms and conditions:
1. PURPOSE
This Agreement sets out the terms under which Thick Fiber Australia ("Supplier") supplies products to the Salon on a Goods Supplied on Approval (Consignment) basis. Ownership of all goods remains with the Supplier until payment is received in full.
2. PRODUCTS SUPPLIED
Initial Stock Supplied (to be completed upon each shipment):
THICK FIBER Hair Building Fibers (25g) – Wholesale $14.22 (RRP $28.45)
THICK FIBER Root Touch-Up Powder (4g) – Wholesale $17.49 (RRP $34.99)
Hair Fiber Applicator – Wholesale $5.00 (RRP $10.00)

3. COMMISSION & PAYMENT TERMS
• Salon receives products at 50% wholesale discount off RRP.
• Payment is required only for units sold.
• Sales settlement cycle: Every 30 days from delivery date (or earlier if preferred).
• Salon must report total units sold at each settlement period.
• Payment must be made within 3 business days of invoice issued.
• Once payment for sold items is received, the Supplier will release the next shipment.
4. ADVANCE PURCHASE INCENTIVE
If the Salon chooses to purchase 20 or more products in advance (prepaid), a 60% wholesale discount off RRP will apply to that order. This offer applies only to prepaid bulk orders and does not apply to consignment stock.
5. OWNERSHIP & RISK
• All goods remain the property of Thick Fiber Australia until paid for in full.
• Salon must take reasonable care of stock.
• Lost, damaged, or stolen goods will be treated as sold and payable at wholesale price.
• Supplier reserves the right to audit stock upon reasonable notice.
6. MINIMUM SELL-THROUGH EXPECTATION
If no sales are recorded within 30 days from delivery, the Supplier reserves the right to recall the stock or convert the stock to a prepaid wholesale order.
7. RETURNS
• Unsold goods may be returned in original, unopened, resaleable condition upon written approval.
• Tester products provided during onboarding are not returnable.
8. PRICING POLICY
• Salon agrees not to sell below recommended retail price without written approval.
• Products must not be listed on third-party marketplaces without written consent.
9. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice.
Upon termination, all unsold stock must be returned within 7 days or paid in full at wholesale rate.
10. GENERAL
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and is governed by the laws of Australia.
