Shipping

We currently ship within Australia. Our return policy accepts both defective and non-defective products for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided items are in new or slightly used condition. Returns and exchanges must be sent back by mail, and customers are responsible for the return shipping label. There are no restocking fees, and refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item.
